As a Prosec Surveillance System Engineer in FPSO, our scope of work would involve designing, implementing, and maintaining the surveillance systems that ensure the safety, security, and operational integrity of the FPSO. We would play a critical role in monitoring and protecting the FPSO.
Our responsibilities would include designing the surveillance system architecture, selecting appropriate cameras, sensors, and monitoring equipment, and integrating them into a comprehensive surveillance network. We would collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration with other systems, such as the control room, alarm systems, and access control systems.
During the engineering phase, Prosec Surveillance System Engineer would create system specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and design surveillance layouts to meet the specific requirements of the FPSO. We would also be responsible for selecting suitable video management software and configuring the system to optimize video quality, storage, and retrieval.
Once the surveillance system is installed, We would oversee the commissioning and testing of the system to ensure its proper functioning. We would also be responsible for setting up monitoring stations, configuring video analytics, and establishing protocols for incident management and response.
