Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at warakamesh@gmail.com, sales@prosecautomation.com.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.
