As a Prosec Electrical Engineer in FPSO, Our scope of work would encompass the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems onboard the FPSO. We would play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the electrical infrastructure that powers the various equipment and processes on the FPSO.

Our responsibilities would include designing electrical systems, such as power generation, distribution, lighting, and grounding systems, in compliance with industry standards and regulations. We would collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other subsystems, such as instrumentation, control systems, and mechanical equipment.

During the engineering phase, We would create electrical system specifications, perform load calculations, and select appropriate electrical equipment and components. We would also be responsible for creating electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.

Once the electrical systems are installed, We would oversee the commissioning and testing of these systems to ensure their proper functioning. We would also conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot any electrical issues that may arise during the operation of the FPSO.
